Update v0.02j

Change Log: (Based on some awesome feedback)

-Player control is more responsive now, less glidey (rotation speed also increased to near instant)

-Doors no longer interfere with player moving. Level traversal a bit easier.

-3D sound bug fixed and 3D sound added properly  (The audio source was incorrectly placed at location 0,0 instead of the actual source of the sound in some cases). Spatial blend adjusted.

-Footsteps are now 3D and volume decreased to prevent it sounding like a herd of cattle.

-Various tweaks to various item use sounds.
